Job Details

Participate in the ongoing development of the Compliance Program

Work cooperatively with Company Leaders to ensure continuing support and understanding of all compliance responsibilities

Monitor CMS, OIG, DOJ, and other relevant resources for relevant legal and regulatory updates, government audit focus areas, investigations, and settlements and communicate, as needed

Analyze, research, and respond to questions relating to the compliance program and applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Assist with the development, preparation, and distribution of compliance policies and procedures

Develop, plan, and provide compliance educational programs

Assist with annual risk assessment and development of annual compliance work plan

Conduct compliance audits

Organize and oversee external auditors utilized to conduct compliance audits

Monitor and follow up on quarterly compliance work plan reports

Evaluate compliance concerns and reports of suspected misconduct and perform... investigations to ensure that all suspected violations of the Compliance Program are fully investigated and resolved

Take, research as needed, and respond to day to day compliance questions

Manage, monitor, follow up, and document the results of the monthly sanction screening checks

Develop and monitor corrective action plans

Prepare and provide reports of activities as requested by Compliance Leadership

Required Minimum Education:

4 year/ Bachelors Degree


Any Major

Preferred Education:

Graduate Degree (Masters)


Law, Healthcare, Nursing

Licensure/Certification Required:


Minimum Years and Type of Experience:

5 Years in Healthcare Compliance Operations or Legal
