About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Compensation and Benefits you would be responsible for administering Panorama's payroll and benefit program. In this role you will perform a variety of record-keeping and... payroll-processing activities as well as onboarding new employees including benefits.
What We’re Looking For:

Analyzes, prepared and inputs payroll data: utilizing a system to produce accurate and timely payroll, ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws
Perform all necessary activities to process payroll including but not limited to analyzing, preparing, and submitting payroll data for new and existing employees, benefit deductions, tax withholdings and garnishments
Serve as primary point of contact for plan vendors and third party administrators
Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration
Work with the accounting team on reconciliation of payroll accounts
Provide payroll reporting for financial reporting purposes
Coordinate benefit processing; handle enrollments, COBRA, leaves of absence, terminations and changes
Coordinate with the People team regarding payroll related administration requirements and individual employee payroll needs
Primary contact for employee support and education for payroll and benefits
Responsible for candidate offer letters, background checks and new hire onboarding
Lead benefits orientation and onboarding session
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality

Key Requirements:

2-3 years processing payroll and benefits administration
Working knowledge of national payroll , employee benefit policies, procedures and reporting requirements
Knowledge of all relevant payroll, employment, and income tax laws, regulations and operating guidelines
Ability to accurately perform data entry, to formulate, process and generate computerized reports
Attention to detail and audit skills
Experience with payroll systems such as Gusto, Paylocity, Paycom, Paycheck. ADP
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to write or speak about complicated payroll and benefit issues
Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects under tight timelines
Ability to succeed and self-motivate in a remote team
Comfortable working within a high growth ever changing environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
