ProScreening is calling all customer service professionals who are interested in a Full time Client Care Specialist job in the Herriman, UT area to apply to join our amazing team! This customer service position works Monday - Friday during typical business hours when the clients you serve are also working. Due to COVID, this job is currently 100% work from home. Once the situation improves, it will return to being partially remote and partially in-office.

Our Client Care Specialist is the voice of our company as you seek to provide exceptional customer service for our clients. Much of your day is spent answering the phone and responding to emails as you seek to provide simple solutions to questions and/or solve complex problems. Being personable, patient, and kind you listen and respond to customer needs. You are diligent and empathetic, so clients never feel "left out to dry" but rather you follow through and follow up with clients to ensure they are fully satisfied. When tense situations arise, you are not easily flustered, but are diplomatic and work hard to diffuse the situation and ensure clients feel heard and their problems are resolved. At the end of the day, you get great satisfaction out of making the background check process easier for busy business owners and HR professionals!
