Global Data & Analytics – Consumer Data Management is an area that focuses on the storage and use of consumer data captured at all touchpoints across the consumer journey. We are the main data source for all B2C email solicitations, direct mail solicitations, and provision of leads to our Extended Service Plan vendor. We support consumer data metrics for multiple internal organizations. We also are the master for consumer privacy preferences. This position may have the flexibility to work remotely from Michigan, Illinois or Indiana with travel to Benton Harbor Riverview Campus.


  • Support Whirlpool’s “Sensus” consumer marketing database
  • Define and execute our global “C360” consumer data strategy.
  • Focus on developing expertise with the current NAR consumer database structures and
  • relationships
  • Manage internal and external data integrations
  • Apply consumer data knowledge to craft and deploy a strategy for all facets of consumer data... management, including lead acquisition, data architecture, hygiene, mobilization and storage
  • Play a key role in consumer contact preference management as well as marketing automation


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of Data Management experience
  • 2+ years SQL experience


  • Informatica Power Center / Cloud
  • Consumer data architecture and data modeling
  • Cloud infrastructures (AWS or GCP)
  • Consumer data management best practices
  • Independent, critical thinker with a strong focus on processes; attention to detail
  • Experience in scripting, test plan development & execution, implementing, debugging
  • and documenting complex programs and systems
  • Interpersonal, organizational and presentation (written/verbal communication) skills

  • Tableau
