TheSocial MediaSpecialistdrivesaglobalsocial media marketing programforBoomiand its key influencers.This role is onBoomi’sMarketing Communications team, reporting into the Social Media Manager andupwards tothe Marketing Communications Director.This role will collaborate with internal teams and vendors supporting digital marketingand social media programs.

We’re looking for a creative and experienced communicator toinform,grow and engagethe Boomicommunityacrossa variety ofsocial channels. Our Social MediaSpecialistwill be responsible for developing and managingcontent andcampaigns that inform and inspire diverse audiencesincluding customers,partners, employeesand key personas.

What you’ll achieve

  • Pursue an audience-first approach to social media marketing by gaining insightsfromour communities and sharpening the social media marketing program to drive higher engagement and create a better community experience
  • Comprehensively manage andhelp innovateBoomi’sorganic social media presence – drivingacontent calendar, managing production, and engaging directly withourcommunity
  • Contribute to the strategy, development and help drive paid social and promotional campaigns across multiple social media platforms as well as advising and managing these campaigns with vendors
  • Partner withvarious organizational andmarketing teams to build awareness and excitement forcorporate, brand and go-to-market programs, share inspiring customer, partnerand employee stories
  • Increase the voices speaking about Boomi – from helpingdrive industry influencer programs to customer and partner advocacy to enabling our best influencers: Boomi people
  • Identify opportunities toboost brand awareness - growingconversations on socialmedia to increase categorySoV
  • Monitor performance ofBoomi’ssocialmediaprograms, ensuring metrics map topre-definedmarketing and business objectives
  • Share feedback and insights from our community that can inform our overall product, marketing, and customer engagement strategies

We are looking for someone who is not only an excellent writerwith a knack for understanding audiences, but well-versedinthe nuances ofsocial media marketingand trends in digital media and marketing.

The specialist will be versed inexecuting social media programs by intertwining channel and content strategieswithknowledge ofthe latestsocial media measurementtechnologyto help make our social media programs more innovative.We are looking fora self-starterwho canthrive in a growing, fast-paced technology company.

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience insocial media or digital marketing
  • 3 years of experience working in enterprise IT
  • Demonstrable experience as a writerand communicator
  • Experience with social media community management, content distribution and measurement software and platforms
  • Proven success inbuilding and managing digital communities
  • Experience executing global digital marketing programs
  • Proven executive communications experience with C-suite leaders
