Client is building a Quality Management program with the implementation of a new tool, SmartSolve. Over the following 1.5 years, a number of modules need to be configured, legacy system data migrated, and subsequently establish the tool as a steady state service.

The key priorities for the team are:
Build a unified Quality Management system
Drive configuration , integrations and execute the tool for the various teams using SDLC processes
Integrate legacy system data and implement updated processes
This requires a full-time (FTE) IT Project Manager, to work as part of the global team. The ideal candidate will combine strong SDLC knowledge, an understanding of working with diverse teams, ability to effectively manage technology to meet business goals, while producing quality work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Essential Functions:
Takes projects from original concept... through final implementation - execution of full product development life cycle - ensuring on-scope and on-time delivery at high quality
Provides a single point of contact for cross-functional teams - collaborate with all areas affected by the project including SmartSolve development team, integration partners (SalesForce, Workday, SSO/Active Directory, MDM) and support services
Responsible for project documentation (including completion of the SDLC documentation) and supporting input into training materials, knowledge base
Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables; liaises with the development team and partners on technical components for delivery of error-free results
Provides input to leadership updates, measure and monitor success metrics; Communicates project status and risks, with associated recommendations
Establishes the steady state structure - define product/service and scope, set-up support service post Hypercare, training, and communications
Supports the DataMart requirements and reporting build out along with the SMEs
Provides system guidance to the project team, and helps remove bottlenecks

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Req
Five (5) years of experience in software and/or product development Req
Project management education and experience. Req; Agile certification preferred
Knowledge and understanding of technical configuration to support the technical aspects of the project
Project leader with demonstrated ability to manage multiple interdependent Agile/scrum teams and ensure a defect free delivery of projects within commitments
Motivated team player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within the organization; strong communication skills
Good problem-solving, analytical and reporting skills
