To do so, we are growing our team and are excited to bring on a Senior Marketing Manager. This role is an opportunity to start on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies and to help shape its brand and success. In the process, you will have the opportunity to impact how the nation’s largest health systems and plans deliver care.

In this role, you will have a critical responsibility of building the Memora Health brand for current and future partners. You will have the opportunity to develop the brand and presence of a high-growth healthcare startup. You should not only be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer interest and acquisition through a variety of marketing channels
  • Plan and deliver campaigns to drive growth and interest in the Memora Health platform
  • Build best practices around identifying product champions and co-develop campaigns to increase product usage at existing customers
  • Share relevant insights to the customer experience, product and growth teams
  • Develop KPIs and other benchmarks to measure marketing performance and effectiveness
  • Create a variety of collateral, from presentations and decks, to email campaigns, to user guides for our customer clinical teams

Qualifications (Required):

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise marketing
  • Proven track record of running marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
  • Adept at adjusting messaging to a diverse audience of executives, clinicians, and end-users
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Experience in healthcare technology
  • Prior experience developing metrics that define the success of the marketing efforts
