Job Details


  • Perform duties for various project / program initiatives; investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, or evaluate solutions for project / program efforts; provide expert-level issue resolution and recommendation support to achieve desired program outcomes; and have experience that may include, but not be limited to, the following functional areas: system development (i.e., agile methodology), configuration management, financial management, cybersecurity, technical operations, and compliance.
  • Provide supervision across the program and on multiple projects to meet task order requirements.
  • At least five (5) years of management experience, including direct supervision, hiring, performance evaluation, motivating and coaching subject matter experts, senior technical and administrative support staff working on multi-faceted program initiatives.
  • Maintain oversight and manage the day-to-day execution of task order related operations activities.
  • Experience... with managing external audit engagements (i.e., Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE)) and internal controls assessment.
  • Analyze communication issues to determine how best to communicate information to target audiences (Leadership, Government, Vendors).
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Access, Power Point, Word, Excel, and other software programs to access and extract data/information, to prepare recurring reports, presentations, dashboards, and other written reports.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent people management, time management, project management and analytical skills
  • Self-starter able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment where meeting time-sensitive deadlines are essential.
  • Excellent collaboration, influence and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with frequent change .


  • Must possess Public Trust security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
  • Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.) plus five (5) years relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Minimum Education: BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
