Founded in year 2000 by Orianne and Phil Collins, the Little Dreams Foundation's mission is to fulfill the dreams of young talents with no financial means. The Foundation provides training and advices from professional/celebrity mentors to children with talent in music, art and sports. The foundation continues to guide and support the Little Dreamers in their development to ensure they are trained and prepared to perform at the highest level in their chosen field. We are seeking a Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success and will also be responsible for helping clients by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues while working remotely. Responsibilities include;
Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
Plan and schedule appointments and events.
Prepare and/or edit power point presentations for distribution to clients.
Answer inbound telephone... calls.
Handle client inquiries and complaints.
Proofread, check, and classify materials.
Document and update client records based on interactions.
Develop and implement organized and online filing systems.
Organize and manage contact lists.
Previous experience in office administration, customer service or other related fields.
Computer skills including strong knowledge of MS Office applications and resourceful in searching and sourcing relevant data from the internet.
Webinar/Virtual meeting management and creation experience i.e Zoom, Skype, etc.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
