Elevate Virtual Assistant Services is a boutique VA agency that supports C-Suite Execs, founders, entrepreneurs, and small businesses with Ongoing Operational Management and Administrative Services.

Our current team includes our CEO + (2) Virtual Assistants. We're a close-knit, easy-going team and pride ourselves on excellence and exceeding client expectations!

Job Overview:

Must have the bandwidth to grow to minimum 80 client hours per month.

As a subcontracting team member of Elevate, you will be the main point of contact with your clients and will work independently with those clients. You will receive support from Elevate CEO and a team of experienced VAs. You will provide high-level professional administrative service by working on tasks and projects assigned by the client, ensuring they are executed on time with the highest level of quality. You must have consistent and proactive communication with your clients and Elevate's CEO.

Virtual... Assistants are expected to be available for clients during defined business hours of 9am-5pmPST, send weekly usage reports, respond to communication within a two-hour response window, maintain detailed and up-to-date client profiles, and follow all internal policies and protocols.

Bottom line, you'll NEVER be bored! Oh, and our team is all client-facing and remote savvy, which means if you don't like talking to people (via Slack, email, and sometimes Zoom) then this position probably isn't your cup of tea!

Systems we use: Asana, Slack, GSuite, Loom

Systems our clients use: Kajabi (and other CRM platforms), Squarespace, Zoom, Dropbox, Shopify, ConvertKit (and other email marketing platforms), GSuite, Asana (and other project management platforms), Salesforce, etc.

• *Must-have knowledge of and experience with some of these platforms**

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience
• Preferred experience working with C-level executives
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and phone
• Typing ability of at least 50 WPM with accuracy
• Available from 9am-5pmPST Monday-Friday

Benefits

You will be compensated as a 1099 independent contractor. VA's are paid 43% of their client's monthly invoices paid. After 6 months of tenure (and every 6 months thereafter), VA's revenue split can increase.
