Remote Configuration Manager

Job Description

Marathon TS is searching for a Mid Level Configuration Manager to support our government customer remotely. Indivuduals will provide configuration management planning to include: configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting and configuration audits. Identify and maintain original configuration of requirements/design/related documentation. Responsibilities include configuration change control/status accounting/audits. Regulate change process so only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software. Track all problems and changes in product documents/reports/current/ configuration. Support audit quality assurance (includes verification that baselines are met)

Required skills/Level of Experience:

• 3+ years experience in configuration management, build and deployment support
• 1+ years experience with Java, J2EE, Websphere portal, Maven, ANT/IVY, Devops
• Experience with configuration... identification, change control, configuration status accounting and configuration audits
• Experience with Rational Team Concert
• Can maintain requirements documentation

Nice to have skills:

Knowledge of Agile Methodologies/ Scrum (2+ Years)

• Generally, enjoys, exhibits a passion for software development
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Keen diagnostic and problem- solving skills
