We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to develop and execute Influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. This person will achieve superior engagement on Instagram by strategically implementing all aspects of the influencer marketing roadmap. This person should have a solid understanding of how Instagram influencer marketing works and how to discover relevant macro-, micro- and nano- influencers that will improve brand reach and awareness. You’ll work closely with the digital marketing team, creative team and brand team. This is a remote, part-time (20-hours per week), year-long opportunity.


  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
  • Identify and build relationships with Macro-, Micro- and Nano- Influencers within the food and beverage industry
  • Partner with internal digital team to align with current themes and campaigns
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer... campaigns
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
  • Develop new and creative content ideas
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then sharing recommendations with the core team
  • Collaborate with core team to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Manage multiple brand sites with unique brand voice, personality and design standards


  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within Instagram
  • Experience with Hootsuite
  • Experience with influencer marketing outreach programs, preferably within Instagram
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized and great time management skills
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Networking aptitude
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to understand brand voice and communicate that brand voice effectively to influencers
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
