Job Description
The Krahl Agency is seeking Independent Salespeople to grow our local distribution, using our exclusive lead program and a proven sales system. Unlike most of the insurance industry, we do not cold-call; our clients contact us. We work over the phone and via video chat to serve families.
We are seeking motivated new agents who can work from home (over the phone and video chat), due to receiving more client requests than we can currently manage.
This is a commission-based position, in a system that makes that commission reliable. A full-time agent - working one day per week on the phone and two days per week or in the field/over video chat with clients - can expect to earn $70,000-$125,000 in their first year by making 4-6 sales per week. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
All of our clients have recently financed a new mortgage and have requested help designing a program that will keep them from losing their home in the event of a death... disability or critical/chronic illness. We help them with that request.
This position is suited best for some one with an entrepreneurial mindset who is looking for growth and business ownership. We provide extensive training and 1-on-1 mentorship. While sales experience can be a plus, we will train motivated candidates. We will help new agents acquire their state insurance license if they do not already have it!
