We are a startup company who constantly deals with deadlines. We need somebody who can keep track of deadlines and make sure people do the work on time.
This job requires consistency and doing the same thing over and over again, which makes it easy to learn and perform on a daily basis. You should be able to do it on your own within three days, however it does require constant learning.
A successful candidate should:
be comfortable with learning new things;
preferably have experience in Customer Service and/or Data Processing;
have a laptop, a smartphone and a good internet connection;
be willing to do research;
have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken;
be available for a full-time job;
possess soft skills, as you will be communicating with other people;
be willing to work a few hours during weekends;
be responsive (this job requires constant communication; we understand you are human, however we do expect a reply... within 24 hours or less);
be passionate about keeping things organized;
have experience using [login to view URL], however this condition is not mandatory;
have a good command over MS Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Forms.
