Job Description

Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions to software problems. Extensive experience in developing interactive web-based data visualizations, including interactive charts and graphs, using a JS framework such as C3.js, D3.js, Highcharts, Highmaps, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Duties include design, implement and maintain complex 3D visualizations using modern JavaScript libraries (like D3.js and derivative libraries).
• Design, implement and maintain modern Single Page Application user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks (like React, Angular, etc.)
• Work with customers and team members in an Agile development environment Follow Continuous Integration.
• Continuous delivery best practices for code build and deployments. Present the solution at formal and informal design reviews, and document the design.
• Expertise in responsive layout, mobile device optimization, and cross-browser testing
• A good sense of design and an eye for detail
• A positive, collaborative attitude and love working with a team
• High level of self-management and organizational skills
• Stay abreast of developments and innovation in the data visualization space

Required Experience Minimum 3+ years of complex 3D visualization experience using JavaScript libraries like D3.js, etc. Minimum 3+ years of modern JavaScript UI development experience using frameworks like AngularJS, React, etc. Demonstrated expertise with User Interface technologies like HTML5, CSSSCSS. Experience visualizing presenting data for stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in software engineering practices.

A bachelor’s degree is required. Previous experience in a similar technical position can be helpful especially in the world of data. Must work effectively on their own, as well as in a team setting with others. Position can be full or part-time. Huge growth potential for correct candidate. Competitive salary.
