Position Summary:

We're looking for a passionate marketing leader to develop our owned media strategy and properties, inclusive of our website, blog and email channels. This leader will be responsible for ensuring our public facing owned media channels accelerate our ability to deliver on business goals, are highly engaging, and drive education and conversion. This role partners with the Brand & Content, Paid Media, Events, Customer Marketing, Public Relations and Internal comms teams - as well as our agencies - to ensure our owned properties effectively tell the InEight story. You will manage internal and external resources to maximize website traffic, engagement, and customer acquisition. This is a newly created position and reports to the VP of Integrated Marketing. Direct reports include Web Manager and Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

  • This is a remote position and ideally located within the Pacific, Mountain or Central time zones

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, prioritize, and manage the global website roadmap, defining major planned initiatives
  • Develop and manage our lead lifecycle engagement strategy and tactics in order to maximize conversions and improve pipeline throughput
  • Develop a robust web content strategy and calendar, including test and learn and governance plans
  • Optimize website for SEO and lead acquisition by identifying and implementing SEO best practices
  • Proactively uncover technology innovation opportunities, build business cases, gain consensus, and execute based on prioritization
  • Responsible for managing agency, contractor relationships
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to track, measure and report against objectives
  • Expand brand awareness while driving pipeline interest and conversion by: Growing our organic digital footprint; defining success for our owned channels inclusive of website, email and blog
  • Responsible for meeting web enhancement SLAs, refining the processes that deliver both business as usual and major web enhancements
  • Making the website work harder to engage and capture qualified interest
  • Lead lifecycle marketing strategy and execution
  • Customize, test and optimize email cadence to increase MAL to MQL conversion and decrease aging
  • Deliver on lead pipeline goals
  • Supporting go-to-market program execution via website content updates and email campaigns
  • Website, blog and email governance processes

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in web strategy, management, and marketing; B2B experience preferred
  • BA or BS degree
  • 3+ years Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience
  • 3+ years Website UX experience
  • 3+ years management experience with direct report responsibility
  • Experience in CRM and Lifecycle Marketing - using behavioral data and journey flows to identify, engage, and accelerate opportunities
  • Web Analytics experience, including: campaign tracking, tagging, A/B testing, and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely
  • Data-driven decision making based on conversion metrics to drive new recommendations and best practices
  • Analytical mindset with a relentless attitude towards executing value-oriented campaigns
  • Experienced with technical SEO, internal architecture, backlink building, content strategy
  • Able to inspire teams and drive cross-functional projects through to success
  • Experience in building and growing high functioning teams

  • Data-driven; skilled in core website analytics platforms
  • Experience managing agencies and/or vendors
