AWI has recently launched our first eCommerce site which is a cutting-edge, end-to-end platform that connects facility managers, business owners and consumers with ceiling solutions. We are building a team to own, manage and grow this platform as we work to transform the building products buying experience.

As our eCommerce Marketing Specialist, you will lead marketing campaign planning, audience creation, and targeting for Kanopi's eCommerce advertising efforts. Ad campaigns include Facebook, LinkedIn, email marketing, programmatic display, native advertising, and more.

What you'll be doing:

  • Help develop the digital strategy for the business which includes social media advertising, e-mail marketing, and digital lead generation.
  • Identify opportunities to use emerging digital channels for selling and servicing our customers.
  • Track and communicate emerging digital trends and best practices that could impact our business. Build these into strategies that will grow our business.
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that communicate the value of a ceiling "refresh" or "update" using online channels including social media, programmatic display, paid search, native, video, email, and more.
  • Manage the initiatives to meet budget and resource constraints. Prioritize where needed to meet these constraints.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with business unit leadership and the Global Marketing Council, reviewing functional analytics, budget performance, key initiatives, benefit realization, etc.
  • Actively monitor the health and performance of Kanopi by Armstrong's digital experience and lead activities to support, maintain and improve the customer experience.
  • Ensure consistently high customer experience across all digital touch points.
  • Manage marketing programs that influence the entire buying cycle from acquisition to close; driving new eCommerce transactions and leads for our ceiling installation team.
  • Assure execution on assigned eMarketing deliverables within the defined project plans.
  • Establish and work collaboratively with cross functional project teams, as needed.
  • Assist in the prioritization and balance of workload across work team members, to best meet business unit needs.

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years relevant experience in digital marketing inside the eCommerce segment to include project leadership/execution, planning, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across geographies and functional areas with sensitivity to cultural differences.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and other programmatic advertising services.
  • Knowledge of B-to-B and B-2-C market segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface and communicate with internal and external personnel at senior leader level.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office with an emphasis on MS Excel.
  • Solid analytical skillset.
  • Ability to coach others.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DSPs and programmatic ad exchanges.
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Shopify experience
