The ACLU of Indiana is seeking an experienced, mission-driven applicant for the position of Digital Communications Associate to develop and implement a variety of communications strategies, primarily involving digital content and platforms, to build support for the ACLU's work, further its programmatic goals, and increase public awareness and appreciation of civil liberties.
The American Civil Liberties Union is our nation's guardian of liberty, working daily in courts, legislatures and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties that the Constitution and laws of the United States guarantee everyone in this country. The ACLU of Indiana is a statewide affiliate of the national ACLU.General Responsibilities
The Digital Communications Associate will advance the ACLU of Indiana’s strategic priorities... by effectively communicating across various platforms, growing the organization’s digital presence, and producing content that increases supporters’ knowledge of critical civil liberties issues and drives action. The Digital Communications Associate will report directly to the Director of Communications and will work out of our office in Indianapolis, Indiana, but will spend some time working in the community and surrounding cities.Specific Responsibilities
