Territory Sales Manager positions for a tech start-up innovative fast growing company:

ZONE MANAGER: 10+ or more years of leadership/sales experience managing up to 73 zones (leadership C-level executive manager position with an option to be an international manager above the zone manager)

DIVISION MANAGER: 5+ or more years of leadership skills, managing up to 9 territories

DISTRICT MANAGER: 5+ of overall/sales management knowledge, managing 1 territory

Global roll-out and go-live in-scope countries based on highly-patented technology and social platform: the whole US, Canada, and new: Europe, South Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand.

We are seeking Managers (Zone / Division / District - Sales Territory Management talents) to join us and secure their territory before it’s gone!. Must have sales/leadership experience, professionalism, and enthusiasm. The Territory Manager will develop their territory and implement strategic and creative ways to establish and maintain strong relationships with local merchants. We’re looking for strong entrepreneurs and people with a desire to grow a local territory in a global platform.

As a Manager you’ll be:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local merchants
  • Promoting the platform and merchant partnerships with local area students
  • Devising and implementing sales management strategies
  • Interviewing, training, and developing an active salesforce
  • Setting goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections
  • Responsible for all merchant activity within 1 or more cities (depending on location)
  • Have the choice to work part-time or full-time while managing your territory

Recommended experience, skills, and motivations:

  • SERIOUS about owning your own business
  • **Previous experience with 1099/commission-only/transactions or e-commerce based roles
  • Account Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Field Territory Managers, District Manager, Zone Manager, Division Manager, Key Account Manager, Start-Ups, (Global) platform RollOut etc. experience ideal**
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a “business owner" mindset
  • Passion for leadership
  • 10+ years or MORE of B2B sales and/or leadership experience for a ZONE MANAGER (who is leadaing division managers, colleagues, and/or to take an international role that is above the zone manager level), at least 5+ years of overall working and leadership skills for a DIVISION MANAGER (managing district managers) or DISTRICT MANAGER (no people management on the district manager position)
  • Experience in leading a large staff/team of sales agents
