We are hiring a Virtual Assistant/Client Concierge for a mission-driven sexuality education company that is rapidly growing through online and live workshops, classes, trainings and coaching. The company’s sexual empowerment trainings for women and couples require a team member with maturity, feminist sensibilities, and a deep level of self-honesty and authenticity. Must be able to effectively communicate your limitations and needs, and ask for help when you need support.
Duties would include: assist the CEO of the company by handling her schedule, travel, and day-to-day company needs; be the main client contact, scheduling client... sessions and answering questions; assist on live webinars and online classes; each Friday be responsible for sending out the company communication (ezine/love letter) to the mailing list, and post articles to all social media platforms and to the website; write copy and update and improve online marketing and websites; assist with special projects, research, organization and communications; organize the backend for all major ongoing programs, upcoming live events and retreats including communicating with guest teachers and collaborators.

Potential travel to participate in our live retreats when they happen (and so we can meet in person to strategize about how to grow the business; includes lodging and some time off!)
2-4 hours per week of professional development - this is paid time where you are learning about both feminist sexuality education and online business development (suggestions about what you need and want to learn more about are welcome).
Financial bonuses for support with specific launches and the growth of the business.
We will begin with a 3-month probationary period so that we can both decide whether it’s a good match (weekly check ins on how it’s going and a monthly review).
If those first 3 months are a great success than we will discuss a raise on month 4.
