HRS is looking to add a Senior Implementation Manager. This position will work collaboratively with our sales team, client success managers, as well as clients to establish successful telehealth and remote patient monitoring programs around the country. This position reports to our Implementation -Team Lead. Please attach a resume in order to be considered for this position.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (email, phone, presentations, in-person) and able to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization, from C-Suite executives to front-line clinicians
  • Profound understanding of clinical workflows and best practices, preferably but not limited to the telehealth space
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines and provide weekly updates on progress
  • Ability to manage client expectations and inspire confidence
  • Proficiently manage and resolve all client and internal escalations on the Implementation Team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office... Suite, G-Suite, Monday.com, Salesforce

Responsibilities:

  • The primary point of contact and project manager during the implementation process of new enterprise clients
  • Develop clinical workflows, flowcharts, and any new clinical collateral on the Implementation Team
  • Advise external clinical stakeholders on future state workflows and processes
  • Oversee operational and clinical tasks throughout the implementation process
  • Along with the Client Success Manager, develop the strategy and vision of new enterprise clients’ programs
  • Provide in-person and virtual training for all HRS products to clients, prospects, and partners
  • In-depth understanding of telehealth best practices, workflows, and processes
  • Broad understanding of post-acute care space and industry trends and topics
  • Develop best practices for telehealth, remote patient monitoring and HRS system utilization
  • Create strategic program structures that position telehealth programs for success
  • Advocate for client needs within HRS and ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained
  • Work collaboratively with Client Success and other internal teams to build knowledge and improve processes
  • Participate in strategic projects and process improvement changes with Client Success and other internal departments
  • Collaborate on Implementation Team’s KPIs each quarter
  • Manage multiple strategic implementations each month as determined by need
