About the Role
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Member Products team who is passionate about building a world where mental health is never an obstacle. As an Associate Product Manager at Ginger, you will support the product team in a variety of product management tasks including gathering product requirements as well as... prioritizing, defining, and releasing features.
What you'll do:

Conduct user research and usability testing in conjunction with designers
Gather and interpret quantitative and qualitative product data
Suggest product enhancements to improve the member experience
Develop and communicate detailed product requirements
Work with designers and engineers to ensure successful envisioning and delivery of new features and functionality
Provide support and guidance in a variety of product management tasks
Identify, triage, prioritize and resolve quality issues
Support the launch strategy and implementation of product solutions
Work with cross-functional teams to gain alignment and provide transparency and input into the product development process

About you and requirements:

High customer empathy with a strong focus on execution and being able to put ideas into action
Excels at multitasking while maintaining a strong eye for detail and organization
Demonstrated project management skills, leading teams of diverse stakeholders
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment subject to ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to crunch data and deliver actionable insights
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate findings/insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial mindset who vigorously looks for ways to improve the product and user experience.
Prior internship experience preferred
