Job DescriptionBAE Systems is hiring a Procurement Compliance Analyst to support the Ordnance Systems business area. In this role you will be responsible for supporting company adherence to any federal and other regulations relevant to its business. General responsibilities include supporting internal and external audits and audit requests of procurement documentation, project management, performing analysis, development and review of training materials, performing market research, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.This position may be located in Radford, VA, Kingsport, TN or REMOTE.**Other duties will involve, but not be limited to:Perform compliance audits of procurement subcontract and purchase order filesMaintain compliance records, develop and track compliance metricsAnalyze potential risks within specific areas in order to avoid compliance issuesLead coordination and facilitation of both external and internal audits, as necessaryReview and make... recommendations for upgrades/changes to records, reports, software and any other relevant programs and activities affected by regulations or policy changesFollowing an audit, develop recommended changes to procedures or practices that are not in compliance with stated regulations; create a plan to address and implement approved changes-?xml:namespace prefix = "o" /->**Required Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant procurement/subcontracts experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience within the Defense industry (i.e., FAR and DFAR).Ability to be proactive and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is required.Ability to work closely with management and cross functional teams.Critical thinking skills to evaluate complex problems and develop solutions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills5 years of experience working in Department of Defense (DoD) or DoD contractor procurement administration environment or in a regulatory compliance role.Construction industry experience a plus.Minimum a Bachelor s degree in a supply chain, business, finance, or related field.Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, detail orientated and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Procurement Compliance Analyst (Remote Opportunity)**65017BR**EEO Career Site Equal Opportunity Employer.
