Actively seeking a Compliance Consultant with 2-5 years of experience working with SCRA and MLA.
This position is a 6-9 Month contract that is FULLY remote.
Please see below for a list of daily responsibilities:
Review of policies and procedures (approximately 64 documents) for alignment with SCRA/MLA compliance requirements and regulatory expectations.
Perform process walk-through activities with responsible business and risk partners to understand the existing processes and operating procedures for SCRA/MLA servicing, protections and benefits.
Review information technology systems utilized for SCRA/MLA monitoring and on the risks and issues associated with manual control processes (approximately 78 automated and manual controls).
Evaluate adequacy of internal health assessment framework and data points utilized to determine SCRA health assessment ratings.
Perform assessment effectiveness of action plans outlined to address SCRA/MLA internal exam findings.
Review remediation... activities associated with current customer impacting events identified through internal exams to assess adequacy of plans.
Review internal assessment of MLA exam readiness work.
