Assist new logo and... network sales teams in qualifying and closing new opportunities
Work closely with customer/prospect to translate customers requirements into a successful implementation
Serve as internal conduit between Sales and other company functional areas
Identify and understand solution gaps and work with the product team
Determine whether solution gaps can be addressed by our solution through development
Present our solution set in accordance with prospect/customer needs and requirements
Collaborate with sales, marketing and product to understand competitive landscape and develop positioning strategies for our solution
Support internal enablement to sales on system features, functionality, benefits and assist with new employee on-boarding
Support marketing and webinar related demos and presentations
Attend on-site customer meetings, tradeshows and industry events as needed (post COVID)What You Need for this Position
