The SAP Program Manager will work in a strategic position and be responsible for the overall management of SAP S/4HANA cloud deployment and associated systems for the division. This role will coordinate, prioritize, negotiate, and manage the execution of all assigned tasks and sub-teams related to the SAP deployment. You also lead the financial analysis, project task management, budget tracking, and project status communication. We look for you to work closely with various teams in Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, OTC , PTM and other business functions to ensure business readiness for SAP deployment. To... be a successful candidate for this role, you will demonstrate solid business process knowledge, coupled with experience in large-scale program management and knowledge of SAP product capabilities.
Prior experience on anchoring SAP pursuits is strongly required
Plan, Prioritize and control Budget Spends and perform estimation effort
Plan and execute SAP Project Implementation and report periodically the progress to leadership team
Ability to interact with distributors or Third Party Service Providers from Integration Perspective
Plan Integration Testing Methodologies
Strong understanding of all major modules in SAP
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing, and reviewing both strategic and tactile plans associated with SAP ERP and other dependent/related systems implementation.
Coordinating and implementing resources, schedule, structure, internal awareness, market intelligence, go to market strategies, commercial tactics, and operational readiness for SAP deployment on a global basis.
Creating and course-correcting long-term deployment plans throughout the project to align with changing business, IT, and business trends.
