Highly-rated management-side employment law and litigation firm is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of employment law experience. Civil litigation experience also required.
The responsibilities of the position will involve providing attorney support to the firm’s employment practice. The position will involve extensive legal writing, including preparation of EEOC position statements and responses to DOL audits, drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery objections and responses, drafting of legal advice to clients on employment law issues, drafting responses to demand letters and reviewing and revising employment policies.
Applicants must have excellent writing skills. Because the position will involve working from home, the successful candidate must have outstanding analytical, organizational and time management skills. The ideal applicant will also be trustworthy, self-motivated, disciplined, resourceful, able to exercise sound judgment, and proactive.
