For one of Planet Pharma’s clients we have a great opportunity for someone experienced in providing clinical trial administrative support to work home based as a Clinical Process Associate.

Working within a clinical research organisation focused on providing niche clinical trial services, this role will offer the chance to support clinical teams and clinical trials conducted on a global level through close interaction with operations. The position is offered home based office based and via a permanent contract with competitive compensation and benefits available.

Main responsibilities to include:

  • Assist project teams to deliver high quality services relating to clinical trials through administrative support with protocols, patient data files and auditing

  • Be responsible for document management

  • Update and maintain tracking systems

  • Coordinate various activities within the clinical project

  • Provide support for administrative tasks

  • Attend company meetings to update... project teams

To be eligible for consideration candidates should have:

  • Previous CTA type experience in a Pharmaceutical company, Biotech or CRO

  • Proven experience supporting clinical trial projects

  • Adept with project trackers, producing meeting minutes and other general admin support

  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English

  • Eligibility to work in in the UK with suitable environment for full time home working
