The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Partner Development Manager (PDM) to help us catapult our Solar financing line of business. In this role, you will be working closely with our Regional Sales, Operations, Risk, Product, and other functional teams to acquire new partners, onboard and train them, and strengthen partner relationships. Your day-to-day

Own and manage a defined geographic territory: cultivate, retain, and grow new partners, train and onboard their sales reps, develop strategies and approaches to grow the partnership and secure more wallet share
Partner with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to develop and deliver timely partner support, reporting, and analysis to larger accounts in your territory
Conduct telephone consultations with partners to educate them on the value of Mosaic Solar Loans (i.e. benefits, strategies, rates, terms, and conditions) and how to best use to improve their financial offerings
Develop and maintain key external partner relationships at the Owner, Sales Rep, and Admin levels.
Implement targeted strategies to increase client engagement for under-performing territories / accounts within defined risk parameter
Create and execute sales and marketing campaigns as well as accounts associated with strategic partnerships
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions with partners to ensure strong knowledge of critical Mosaic Solar applications, compliance requirements, and campaigns via conference call and webinars

We are looking for someone with:

1+ years successful B2B sales experience
1+ years of Account Management experience
1+ years prospecting and bringing onboard new accounts in a consultative sales environment
Demonstrated organizational, analytical, customer problem solving skills
Deep commitment to growing the clean energy movement
Drive, intrinsic motivation and a commitment to team success
Strong integrity, interpersonal, customer engagement and selling skills
Experience using Salesforce.com to guide your work day
Comfortable with other forms of reporting technology: Tableau, Periscope, etc...

Bonus points for:

Documented top sales performance in a solar and/or financing industry
A network of contractors in the solar space
College degree in either Finance, Sustainability or other Environmental field
