We're looking for a Social Media Manager who will assist in building brand awareness, engagement, and community across our social media channels such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, and TikTok. This role will be responsible for creating and managing content for company newsletters, blog posts, and social media. This role will be responsible for creating compelling stories informed by data to maximize reach, grow audiences, and drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) , including creation of weekly and monthly content calendars
  • Generate a diverse pipeline of social media content, taking into account the look and feel as well as voice and tone of the brand
  • Execute data-driven social campaigns, promotions, and strategies to increase digital word-of-mouth referrals and online share of voice
  • Monitor and analyze conversations across key social media channels and prepare monthly reports to update brand and growth teams on insights and opportunities
  • Strategic execution and publishing of all social content including testing of frequency, timing and content type optimization (visual content, hashtag keywords, use of emojis etc.) to keep improving social performance

Requirements

  • 4+ years relevant experience, including specific experience managing social media
  • Experience with social media content management platforms, Google Analytics, Bitly, and other social media go to tools
  • Proven record of high performance/achievement and driving impact; able to pivot quickly and deliver against targets & goals in a fast and rapidly evolving environment
  • A proven record of building brands and driving revenue through social media
  • Deep analytical mindset that is comfortable with tracking and improving KPIs
  • Confident writer who is comfortable crafting informative captions and compelling calls to action
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
