We've been onboarding some big clients and specifically need an experienced and well-rounded iOS Architect for this client.The Opportunity:Our client currently uses a 3rd party for remote IT services, but the shared resource model is not working well for them, and they do not support all of our clients tools. Our client needs someone who can completely handle all onboarding/off-boarding and basic troubleshooting for all of the SaaS tools our client uses.The first few items you would be helping with are:Set up our own Jamf server using Jamf's hosted solution. Migrate Jamf records from... our external IT service's Jamf server to the new one. Go through all Jamf devices and if they are from a former employee, work with them to get their laptops wiped clean. Get access to all SaaS tools used internally and learn how to onboard/offboard users in each of those systems.Technologies & experience: Jamf, Gsuite, GCP are the main ones Other SaaS tools we use that you will help users onboard/offboard from are: Slack, Notion, Clubhouse, MS Office 365 (low user volumes)You would be a good team fit if you are: Anxious to learn new tools, technology. You can help out with some infrastructure engineering things if capable and have the interest (possible career path into DevOps if you want) Willing to help out on any IT-related task, even if you don't see it as being within "traditional IT" (i.e. helping to troubleshoot issues with 3rd party tools) As a small startup, we are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and help us succeed on the IT front!About our client:Solvvy is a machine learning startup reinventing the customer experience.
