This is a work from home role but we are looking for candidates local to Oregon.

Our esteemed utility client is looking for a Program Manager to join the IT Utility Operations Simplification project. The purpose is to reduce waste by simplifying how data is managed and used in Utility Operations business processes and technologies. This program involves multiple workstreams to identify and prioritize opportunities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency by replacing technologies, changing how technologies are used, and/or improving the business processes employing the technologies.

The candidate will be working with a core program team of 6 people. Need to be confident and flexible in dealing with all employees, from front-line to executives.

Experience:

  • 5+ as project manager, 3+ as program manager.
  • Knowledge of electric utility strongly preferred
  • Advanced skill with Microsoft Office including Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project
  • Cost control and budgeting... skills
