Pixellot is looking for an experienced Accounts Services Manager to join our US Strategic Accounts team. The ASM will work under the Director of Strategic Accounts and manage Pixellot customers and partners across North America. The ASM will have deep technical knowledge on all of Pixellot’s products and serve as an technical asset to the Pixellot Sales team as Pixellot continues to grow. This role will be the conduit between Pixellot’s customers in North America and our product and technical teams in Israel with a focus on helping Pixellot’s partners grow and succeed in their businesses. This role will require an advanced understanding of Pixellot’s partner’s business and product needs in order to best serve them.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact between Pixellot and our North American partners.
  • Assist with the onboarding, installation, and training of new customers and partners in North America.
  • Communicate customer needs to product and... development teams to ensure features are properly prioritized.
  • Conduct onsite demos in the field of Pixellot’s products and services.
  • Assist Pixellot sales team with technical information during demos and sales calls.
  • Assist product team in testing and release of new products or features.

Requirements

  • 3-5 yr experience in Account Management or related field (sports technology or media background preferred)
  • Strong intrapersonal skills – professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented
  • Strong technical background
  • Streaming, Video production, or networking background preferred
  • Detail oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Passion for sports
