Global Solutions Marketing Manager – Financial Services

Boomi is looking for an experienced financial services Solutions Marketing Manager to join our growing global go to market team in the United States or EMEA.

We're looking for someone with a deep knowledge of Financial Services and a keen instinct for regional nuances globally. This individual will need to be able to liaise with regional... sales and marketing teams to gain insight and translate local needs into a common global strategy. Ideally the candidate will have experience working in a SaaS business in a similar market to Boomi. And we are looking for compelling storytellers, who can position the benefits of technology to a line of business audience, so they care!

What you’ll achieve
The financial services Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for building the global industry marketing plan, positioning Boomi through industry specific use cases, defining requirements for packaged solutions and global integrated marketing programs to drive sourced and influenced pipeline.

You will:

  • Lead the Marketing Strategy for Financial Services, through research and gathering industry-specific requirements from customers across the globe
  • Identify business cases for sales & marketing and opportunities for industry specific solutions/bundles - backed by detailed strategic analysis and data driven insights
  • Partner with Product Management and Program Marketing to launch new solutions relevant globally
  • Lead the creation of industry specific go-to-market materials — including uniquely positioned points-of-view, enablement materials and sales & marketing assets
  • Act as a spokesperson for Boomi, supporting sales with customer/partner meetings and at key industry events
  • Support execution of Global Integrated marketing campaigns, with positioning, messaging, and production of campaign materials
  • Drive collaboration and community of in-field Financial Services SME's from around the globe to ensure sharing of best practices
  • Working with Sales & Customer Advocacy, identify and champion flagship Financial Services reference customers

This role partners closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and all marketing functions globally. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology thinks holistically and strategically, but is a self-enabler and entrepreneurial in spirit, fosters and empowers relationships across teams, and is excited to work in a dynamic and fun environment.

Essential Requirements

  • This role requires 10+ years of financial services industry experience, working in or selling, marketing or consulting into Financial Services
  • Must have at least 5 years of global experience
  • Ideally experience of working in a SaaS or Enterprise Software business – if it was a fast-paced scale up – even better!
  • Exceptional influencer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • And the ability to present to audiences large and small

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in the integration/middleware or data markets
  • Bachelor’s Degree
