Senior Product Designer

A healthcare tech company is looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to add to their team. This company is revolutionizing the healthcare experience by putting patients first. The Sr. Product Designer will be responsible for working across this company’s healthcare technology product suite. This role will lead the design vision, strategy, and execution for their various products. They will collaborate regularly with Engineers, Product Managers, Doctors, and other stakeholders to provide design solutions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing the experience of doctors and patients, solving interesting challenges, and designing new solutions. This individual cares deeply about the impact these products... can have on the lives of real people. They understand the nuances of designing for Android, iOS, and web; and they have proven ability to design for all three platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of product design experience helping build and launch products at startup
• Strong understanding and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools and methods
• Analytical and data driven mindset
• Ability to effectively collaborate across various teams
• Experience with JIRA and/or other ticketing systems for workflow
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
